No worries. I also love my pasta, but for me, more sauce for that much pasta would be the go but, each to their won.
    Cheers ;)

You are right, I did serve alot of pasta!
Most of the time I serve up, I am serving my own dinner.
I was feeling pretty hungry by the time I had served the food.
    Thanks for the comment :-)

funny thing how all the english versions of sauce bolognese – and ONLY the english versions – have worcester sauce in it. no one else does it… :D

where did you learn to cook it like this? or did you just make it up yourself?

This is not how they make a ragu in Italy.

Thanks for your comments. ref the carrots and onions, sounds a good tip, I may try it next time I cook it.

Great stuff… that’s almost exactly how I make mine! Tastes fantastic!

I probably put in a little bit more carrot… I think if the carrots and onions are fried a bit more then they caramelise a bit and increase the sweetness, but I don’t have a very sweet tooth anyway!

It always tastes richer and better the next day too, if you have a bit left and reheat it.
