how long did u mix it together to make it hard? or did u just leave the crumbs salt curry and tofu there for a while.

That looks realllyy good. I will definitely have to make this sometime. I never thought to crumble tofu to make a burger.. What kind of tofu did you use? Firm, extra firm or some other kind?
