    @shadowsong1 Very informative..thanks!

@Physicspilot Ebooks come in all kinds of formats. EPUB and MOBI are the two most popular formats. MOBI is the format Kindle reads and EPUB is the format everyone else reads. This device can read those and a few more. Of the most importance are PDF and FB2 formats. The only popular format I don’t see listed is .lit and that is because of Microsoft owning it and not wanting to share but if you had a .lit you want to read on this device you could convert it using Calibre.

Hello,I’m new to this..may I ask in what format eBooks come?

@mycrx89 so that I don’t have to worry before taking out the my ebook reader when it’s raining. What you thought why watches are made to be waterproof for?

  9. sallysings says:

I just got mine and read for 3 hours straight in daylight. It’s not e-ink, but the text is fine at every angle, very little glare. You do need more external light than e-ink though.

Can anyone verify this “waterproof” claim? I can’t seem to find that ANYWHERE other than this particular review, and no test from anyone dropping it into water and picking it back up. It’s not on the box either.

  10. koronkie says:

haha she forgot to mention that this crappy “epaper” technology is just a normal monochrome non-backlit lcd just like on a pocket calculator, and has nothing to do with e-ink. So the angles will be shitty, battery life short and your eyes will probably hurt after a whie. Kindle nuke and sony, are best known for a reason.

i don’t want to trust a review from someone that can’t comprehensively understand what they are reviewing…if you did you wouldn’t need a script. I like the Aluratek Libre but this review his horrible and automated.

  14. Jelloxox says:

This is a ghetto ass review.

@SirRasor selective perception.now i feel so too but i think i wouldnt if i would not have read u being annoyed by her voice. So be careful about what u say: u are powerful and can affect a being by changing the perception of him and others ;) .

“Wow that is VERY large. I don’t think you need your reading glasses for this one.”
    That was pretty hot.

  17. exposed97 says:

OK so if I have a company and I want to advertise a product, I will use a guy that has a talent to do that. If I have to advertise it on the road, I will hire a guy that has a charisma towards people and if I want to do the advertisement over the radio, then I will hire a guy with a golden voice (like Ted Williams!) Now whoever hired THIS woman, probably never heard her talking because her voice is mightily annoying and I don’t give a crap if she says smart things or not. FAIL VIDEO! -1

  19. jaxfl99 says:

Junk, dark screen is hard to read, this is nowhere close to the Kindle or Nook as far as looking like a real page. See before you buy, India support, no contrast or brightness adjustment, just an overprice monochrome mp3 player.

no, i just don’t like when people say unnecessary things.

for example… ” you probably from her tribe…” ?um? i think you meant, “you’re probably from her tribe”

…it looks like you don’t read much. =)
